How to Buy

We anticipate that the majority of our customers want to 'shop locally' and we therefore encourage you to visit the Bothy and see the products before you buy. Customers from further afield are advised to telephone us before setting out to confirm that the Bothy will be open at the time of anticipated arrival.

The Gardener’s Bothy opening hours are;

Thursday – Saturday 10am – 4pm

Sunday 10am – 4pm (closed Easter Sunday)

We are also open on Bank Holiday Mondays

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards (except American Express), but reserve the right to charge an administration fee for card transactions under £5. We reserve the right not to accept card payments over the telephone, unless you are known to us as a customer.

We still accept and welcome payments by cash and cheque!

Delivery

The Gardener’s Bothy operates a free delivery service within six miles of Staunton Harold, although we reserve the right to make a charge for delivery of heavy or bulky items that require additional staff assistance. Deliveries beyond the six mile radius are charged at £10 per additional four miles travelled – please ask for an accurate cost at the time of purchase.
