Title of Goods
The title of the goods passes to the customer at the time of payment, but until such time Cameron Forest & Garden Ltd. trading as the Gardener’s Bothy retains full legal and equitable title to the goods.
Returns
We have every confidence in the products that we sell, but if you are dissatisfied with your purchase then you must return it within seven days for a refund or replacement, subject to the product being in the same condition as at purchase, including any original packaging. We cannot accept return of products that are not fully re-saleable.
Please note for products made of timber that wood is a natural material and may shrink, crack, warp or change colour with age. We regret that we cannot accept returns of products affected in this way.
Please also note that our vintage and reclaimed products have already had a life and are 'sold as seen' and we cannot accept returns of these items.
Prices & Sizes
All product prices displayed on this website are correct at the time of posting and are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. However, we reserve the right to alter prices at any time and although we make every effort to update the website regularly, we cannot guarantee that the prices shown are current.
Every effort has been taken to ensure that the descriptions, dimensions and pictures shown are current and accurate representations of our products. However, there is no substitute for visiting the Gardener’s Bothy and viewing prior to purchase, uniformity cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to change the specification of products without prior notice.
Liability
The total liability of Cameron Forest & Garden Ltd. trading as The Gardener’s Bothy for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by us to the customer.
